Perry State Park
Perry State Park is located on the southwestern shores of Perry Reservoir. The modern campgrounds have 110 electric and water utility sites, primitive campsites, two boat ramps with courtesy docks, five shower houses, two dump stations, 4 rental cabins, and a fish cleaning station. The park trail system has more than 40 miles of trails. 15 miles of mountain bike trails, 25 miles of horse trails and a one mile nature trail.
Oak Grove
Located in the heartland of America, we invite you to spend a night, a week or your entire vacation at our beautiful campground, just off I-70. You can pan for gems, fossils and arrowheads at our Horseshoe Creek Mine. We are within 15 miles of the Kansas City Royals and Chiefs, and professional soccer and hockey events.
Clinton Lake
Located on the north shore of beautiful Clinton Lake Clinton State Park is one of the state's premier recreation areas. Over 1/2 million visitors each year enjoy modern amenities and the natural beauty of the 1500 acre park available 12 months of the year. The park is managed to support a variety of outdoor activities. Extensively developed areas support day use activities such as hiking and mountain biking, archery, sand volleyball and swimming. Campsites offer 2 levels of service, primitive camping and sites with two utilities for RV services.
Smithville Lake
Smithville Lake is a 7,200 acre lake and has more than 175 miles of shoreline. Located just 20 miles from downtown Kansas City, there are several recreational opportunities available to the outdoor enthusiast that include: 2 swim beaches, 777 campsites, reservable shelters, 2 full service marinas including boat rentals, 1 sailboat only marina, dockside restaurant, 2 public 18-hole golf courses within the Paradise Pointe Golf Complex, 4 disc golf courses, great fishing whether from shore or by boat, 25 miles of walking/biking trails, 11 miles of single-track mountain biking trails, 26 miles of equestrian trails,
